Skipping breakfast often becomes a habit, not that you don’t want to have it but because of the busy lifestyle. Reaching work on time, getting up late in the morning, or having no time to cook are the main reasons to avoid it. Breakfast, as the name implies meant to break the fasting period of 8-10 hours when the body goes without food or water after dinner. South Indian Breakfast
It mainly consists of Dosa, Vada, Sambhar, Chutney, Upma, Poori, Pongal, Bisi Bele Bath, Appam, Idiyappam, etc. In four states- Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu of the southern part of India, the breakfast menu remains the same but is prepared with little variation according to your family’s taste.
North Indian Breakfast
It consists of aloo paratha, poori, bedmi poori, Kachori, samosa, etc. With the influence of other states, many dishes such as Poha, Dhokla, Khakhras, Thalipeeth, Paniyaram, Kande Pohe are relished by people.
