Warranty:

Always check the warranty on the heating parts and the tank, in case, any part doesn’t work, you can have them replaced.

Size of the Geyser:

You need to buy a geyser suitable for the size of your bathroom. Many geysers are bigger due to increased insulation, also you can choose an instant geyser that will take lesser space. Other factors can also be considered such as drainage system, electric wiring at your home.
