The Spiritual Powers of Rudraksha
In ancient Hindu religious texts and scriptures, the importance of Rudraksha has been depicted as it is a type of seed that is bestowed with the blessings of Shiva. One can gather its importance with the simple fact that many holy men and sages are seen wearing it, thus to say this wonderful seed has some unique powers.
Rudraksha is a seed of the plant named Elaeocarpus Ganitrus. It is found mainly in the Himalayan region and some other countries like Nepal, Burma, Thailand, and Indonesia. In today’s fast-paced world, the lifestyles of people have significantly changed that causes many health issues.

Teen Mukhi (Three-faced) Rudraksha
This one represents three deities- Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh. This type of Rudraksha helps to eliminate any kind of depression, negativity, and anxiety.
Panch Mukhi (Five-faced) Rudraksha
The five elements- earth, water, sky, air, and fire are represented by this type of Rudraksha. People, who seek to raise spiritual experiences can be benefitted by wearing it. They are good for everyone to strengthen their wellbeing, lower blood pressure, and bring inner peace.
Gauri-Shankar Rudraksha
As the name suggests, it represents the unification of Shiva and Parvathy. It is a rare type of Rudraksha, formed by two naturally joined Rudraksha. It awakens inner consciousness and Hrit Padma Chakra. The married couple who wears it, get benefitted from its unique power as it strengthens their bond, relationship and brings happiness in married life.

How the Rudraksha mala is made
The Rudraksha mala is made with 108 beads and one additional bead which is called Bindu so that people who perform ‘Jap’ get to know that one cycle of Jap has been completed. It is recommended that an adult must not wear a mala less than 84 beads and an additional bead. Since they are not produced in a large quantity, finding the authentic one could be a difficult task. It is always good to get it from some authentic source who has been involved in providing them to people for a long time and who are capable of ascertaining the authenticity.
