Harnaaz Sandhu from Chandigarh has won LIVA Miss Diva Universe 2021 award. Ritika Khatnani from Pune won LIVA Miss Diva Supernational 2021 and Sonal Kukreja from Jaipur won LIVA Miss Diva 1^st Runner up. Harnaaz is now set to represent India at the 70^th edition of the Miss Universe beauty pageant and Ritika Khatnani will represent India at the 13^th edition of the Miss Supernatural pageant. This grand ceremony was held in Mumbai. The beauty event was organized in collaboration with MX Taka Tak, a short video platform for creating short, fun, and real content for the viewers. The ceremony was graced by celebrities like Malaika Arora and Kriti Sanon

Almost 50 aspirants from various parts of the country participated in it but for the final round, only 20 dynamic beauties could make it towards the national title. The top 20 finalists dressed up in gowns made by the famous fashion designer Abhishek Sharma. After few rounds, finally, all 20 stood up on the stage scattering their charisma and charm. The panel of judges included Abhishek Sharma, Shivan Bhatia, and Narresh Kukreja, filmmaker Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, singer Kanika Kapoor, Billiard’s champion Pankaj Advani actress Kriti Sanon, and actor Angad Bedi. Malaika Arora and Pop duo Sukriti and Prakriti Kakkar thrilled the audience with their wonderful performance.

About Harnaaz Sandhu

Sandhu hails from Chandigarh, after having completed her graduation, she is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration. She is an actress and model, entered to Punjabi film industry with two Punjabi films ‘Yaara Diyan Poo Baran and Bai Ji Kuttange. It has been known through her Instagram post that she has been involved in an NGO and medical professionals to spread an awareness program on hand hygiene during COVID 19. She has also spread mental health awareness through various social media platforms. According to Sandhu the distress and depression should not be a barrier to one’s growth and the only way to get rid of it is to let it go. She emphasizes that society needs to change its perception towards the sensitive issues of these types. 5’9” tall, Harnaaz enjoys acting, dancing, singing swimming, and horse riding.
